Terms of use.

Build Your Veerya (the "Site") is operated by Mrityunjay (Samarth), publishing under the trade name Build Your Veerya ("we", "us", "our", the "Operator"). By accessing the Site or purchasing or using any course, practice, recording, or material offered on it (the "Teachings"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of use together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use the Site or buy the Teachings. By using the Site you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to undertake physical and breath practice. The Teachings are intended for adults only.

The Teachings are instructional, traditional, and educational in nature. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, or other professional advice, and they are not a substitute for professional care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Please read our Disclaimer in full before you begin — by using the Teachings you accept it.

Any outcome depends entirely on the individual — physiology, consistency, effort, and circumstances. We make no promise, representation, warranty, or guarantee of any specific result, benefit, timeframe, or outcome. Any examples, testimonials, or experiences shared anywhere on the Site are individual, are not typical, and must not be relied upon as the result you will obtain.

Physical and breath practices — including asana, movement drills, pranayama, breath restraint (bandha, kumbhaka), and prolonged sitting — carry inherent risks, including strain, injury, dizziness, or the aggravation of pre-existing conditions. You participate voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. Practise within your own limits, never to the point of pain, and stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, breathlessness, chest discomfort, or any adverse symptom. You knowingly assume all such risks.

When you purchase a Teaching you receive lifetime access to it (and any included bonuses) under the account you purchased from, for as long as the Site operates. Access is personal, non-transferable, and for your individual use only. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Sequential practices open only after the previous one is completed.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and, for international buyers, US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed by Razorpay or PayPal; we do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers. You are responsible for any taxes, bank charges, or currency-conversion fees that apply to your purchase. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect a purchase already completed.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, as set out in our Refund Policy. Please read the curriculum and watch the free preview before you enrol.

All content on the Site — videos, text, audio, graphics, the "Build Your Veerya" name and marks, and the structure of the Teachings — is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by intellectual-property law. On purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Teachings for your own practice.

You may not copy, record, download (except where a download is expressly provided), screen-capture for sharing, resell, sublicense, publicly perform, broadcast, or redistribute any content, in whole or in part, or use it to build a competing offering. These are initiatory transmissions, not entertainment. Breach of this clause terminates your licence immediately and may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to: share or resell your account; attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape, or reverse- engineer the Site; upload malware; or use the Site in any way that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to the Operator or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.

The Site and the Teachings are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defect will be corrected, or that any particular result will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, Mrityunjay (Samarth), and anyone connected with the Site will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill, or for any personal injury, health outcome, or loss arising from your use, misuse, or inability to use the Site or the Teachings, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Teaching giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator, Mrityunjay (Samarth), and their associates from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Teachings, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

The Site relies on third-party providers (including Razorpay, PayPal, YouTube, and Supabase). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or availability of any third-party service.

We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, if you breach these terms or to protect the Site or other users. On termination for breach, no fee is refundable, and the licence and rights granted to you end immediately.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced on the Site and, where relevant, by email to enrolled students. Your continued use after a change takes effect is your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or the Teachings is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor. These terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Site and supersede any prior understanding.
